Food Urbanism ist ein durchdachtes Entwurfs- und Planungsinstrument, das Typologien, Werkzeuge, Evaluierungsmethoden und Strategien vorstellt und praktische Anwendungsmethoden in der Stadt- und Landschaftsplanung zeigt. Die zahlreichen Projekte – in verschiedenen Maßstäben von groß zu klein – führen anschaulich vor Augen, wie Nahrungsproduktion die Lebensqualität im städtischen Raum verbessern kann. |
