All Archbishops, Bishops, and Archdeacons are to take care that their churches are in repair, and not to rely on churchwardens' presentments. Common law judges are not to grant prohibitions against ecclesiastical suits. Collections will not be allowed except after extraordinary calamities by fire and tempest.--Cf.
