Whereas Her Majesty has been pleas'd, this very sessions of Parliament, particularly to recommend the improvement of the trade and naval-force of Great-Britain from the throne [[electronic resource] ] : and whereas it is known, that nothing can be either at home or abroad more for the common benefit of trade and navigation than the discovery of the longitude at sea .
