Sommario/riassunto: | As the frontline caregiver, RNAs need to have a great level of understanding of what level of assistance the resident requires, and what they are capable of achieving on their own -- and provide the right amount of care accordingly. This program provides real-life examples of Restorative Care practices, including motivation & guidance, transfer & ambulation, range of motion, splinting, feeding assistance, and assistance with ADLs. It also discusses methods and approaches for assisting individuals with Ambulation and Range of Motion.
