Scotiæ 40⁰ At the parliament begun and holden at VVestminster by prorogation, the 18. day of Nouember, in the fourth yeere of the raigne of our most gracious soueraigne lord Iames, by the grace of God of England, France & Ireland King; defender of the faith, &c. and of Scotland the 40. And there continued vntill the 4. day of Iuly 1607. And then proroged vntil the 16. day of Nouember next following. To the high pleasure of Almighty God, and to the weale publique of this realme, were enacted as followeth
