By the King: a proclamation. James R Whereas we by the advice of our council for certain weighty and urgent occasions concerning us and this state, and the defence of this our realm of Ireland, and the church of the same, have ordained that a Parliament should be held at the city of Dublin .

By the King a proclamation James R Whereas we have by a proclamation bearing date the 20th of January 1689, declared and ordained that meadows should be fenced in and preserved, and by another proclamation ordained that no person or persons whatsoever should presume to graze any horses or cattel in any of the said meadows .
