VVherein the originall frame, and fundamentalls of this government of England, together with those two texts of Scripture are sufficiently cleered. Viz. Rom. 13. 1. Let every soule be subject unto the higher powers: for there is no power but of God, the powers that be, are ordained of God. 1. Pet. 2. 13.
