The title page is a cancel, apparently printed on previously blank pi1. The cancellandum, printed on pi2 mostly in the same setting of type, had ".. September. 1648. All persons who are assenting to this representation, are desired to subscribe it, and bring in their subscriptions to the presenters and approvers of the foresaid petition of the 11 of Sept.".
Annotation on Thomason copy: "March 24 1648". The 9 in the date has been crossed out.
