His Majesties declaration and message, to the Marquis of Ormond [[electronic resource] ] : in the Kingdom of Ireland, concerning the Parliament of England, assembled at Westminster, and the Army under the command of the L.G. Fairfax. With a dangerous declaration and protestation of the said Marquis, to the Kings most sacred Majesty and all other his loyall and liege people whatsoever, and his articles, proposalls, and resolution thereupon, to defend his dread Soveraign. Fairfax, to the Lord Major, aldermen, and Commons Councell of the City of London, on Wednesday night last, and their results and proceedings thereupon
