The 15 full papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 151 submissions. The proceedings focused on discussing the latest developments in blockchain theory and technology, exchanging the latest application achievements of blockchain in distributed systems, cryptography, data elements, economic models, regulatory technology, metaverse and Web3.0.
