In this context, the study of tourist destinations is taking shape more and more; as a critical element for competitiveness of tourist towns. The objective of this research is; was mainly to identify which are the local tourism systems in Italy and how they compete with each other. Through the application of the Istat-Sforzi methodology and the techniques of Space Econometrics, the volume offers a broad panorama of cartographic representations of Italian destinations and elaborates an analysis proxies to empirically measure the sources of competitiveness; of these business systems. |
