Charles W. Morgan, and others (To accompany Joint Resolution H.R. No. 25.) September 17, 1850. Mr. Stetson, from the Committee on Commerce, made the following report: The Committee on Commerce, to whom was referred the petition of Charles W. Morgan and others, asking that their claim on the United States, arising from a contract which entered into with the United States for supplying the light-houses with oil, &c., may be referred to an auditor for adjustment and settlement, report.
