Some reasons humbly offered to the consideration of the Parliament, for the continuance of the writs of capias, and process of arrest, in actions of debt, &c [[electronic resource] ] : and against the course or way proposed of a summons peremptory, to be given unto debtors, or affixt upon the fore-doors of their dwelling houses, and a judgement to be entred by default, if within a few dayes after the return of the summons, pleas or satisfaction be not given or made to hinder the same
