A Form of prayer to be used on Wednesday the fifth day of June next ensuing [[electronic resource] ] : within the cities of London and Westminster, and ten miles distance of the same : and on Wednesday the nineteenth of the same June through the rest of the whole kingdom, being the fast-day appointed by the King and Queen's proclamation to implore the blessing of Almighty God upon Their Majesties Forces by sea and land, success in the war now declared against the French king .
