All which are designed against the Lord Governour Cromwell, whose numbers will amount to above 30000 horse and foot. Also the Scots declaration concerning their declared King, and all those who have broken the covenant, despised the oath of God, corrupted the truth, and subverted the fundamentall government by King and Parliament
