A bloudy fight in Essex [[electronic resource] ] : upon Fryday last, being the 9 of this instant moneth of June, 1648. betwixt a party of the Essex forces commanded by Captain Beard, and a party of horse, who was going after Goring. With the number that were slain on both sides, and the resolution of the inhabitants of Essex, touching the said Goring and his forces. Likewise, a great fight in the north, and fifty colonels, lieutenant-colonels, majors, captains, and other officers, slain and taken prisoners. With a relation of the Duke of York his landing at Yarmouth in Norfolk with 2000. men

A bloudy fight in Hartford-shire [[electronic resource] ] : between the Parliaments forces, and the Club Royalists, on Tuesday last; shewing the manner of their engagement, and how the adverse party fell upon the Parliamenteers, to revenge the bloud of the late King. With the particulars thereof, and a narrative of the barbarous actions that were then put in execution, by slitting their fingers, the palm of their hands, and most cruelly wounding them, even from the crown of the head, (almost) to the sole of the foot. Also a bloudy fight at Bristol, between the butchers, and the Lord Lieutenant Cromwels forces designed for Ireland; the successe thereof; and joyfull newes from the siege at Dublin, and the King of Scots his fleet at Kingsale. Ordered, that the aforesaid particulars, be printed and published without interruption or molestation
