Whereas Edward Browne ... hath presenteed to the Kings Most Excellent Majesty and the lords and commons in Parliament two petitions wherein is briefly described the miserable condition of this distracted kingdome as well as his own particuler grievances, it is therefore ordered that not onely his desire therein shall be granted, but that his time well spent in print shall be forthwith published .
