The innocent cleared: or, The vindication of Captaine John Smith, Capt. Lieutenant under Colonell Rainsborough [[electronic resource] ] : Against those false aspersions raised against him by one Major Wylkes: who most falsly, and without any grounds or proofe, hath accused him for being accessary to the death of Colonell Rainsborough. Whereunto are annexed two severall petitions; the one unto the High Court of Parliament, and the other unto the Lord Generall.
