Astronomia anglicana [[electronic resource] ] : containing an absolute and entire piece of astronomy. Wherein is succinctly handled the trigonometrical part, generally propounded, and particularly apply'd in all questions tending to diurnal motion, especially respecting the main doctrine of the second motions of the luminaries, and the other planets; together with their affections, as eclipses, &c. Composed according to the best observations, and grounded upon the most rational hypothesis yet constituted. With new, facile, and most exact tables, whereby the planets places may speedily be attained, both in longitude and latitude for any time past, present, or to come; and precepts for calculating eclipses, yet far more easie, expedite and perspicuous than any heretofore extant. Fitted to the meridian of the most famous and ancient metropolis London, and chiefly intended for the use of our English nation. By Nicholas Greenwood, ... and professor of physick
