• Sommario/riassunto: This volume contains the scientific papers presented at the 5th International Conference "Contemporary Challenges in Administrative Law from an Interdisciplinary Perspective" that was held on 27 May 2022 online on Zoom. The conference is organized every year by the Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences together with the Faculty of Law of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. Real and virtual meeting points for contemporary approaches to the study and practice of administrative law, and II.
