The book covers various topics from the fields of (1) sedimentology, stratigraphy, paleontology, (2) geochemistry, mineralogy, petrology, volcanology, (3) structural geology, tectonics, geodynamics, petroleum geology, (4) petroleum and energy sciences and engineering, (5) astrogeology, impact craters and meteorites, and (6) climate and sea-level change during the Cenomanian-Turonian Anoxic Event: Synthesis of sedimentological, micropaleontological and geochemical records.
