• Sommario/riassunto: This work contains a comprehensive presentation of liquidation according to section 84 Inso in the event of an insolvency debtor's participation in a community or company. This work also focuses on the insolvency-related features resulting from the liquidation procedure. In addition, the very role of the insolvency administrator in each phase of the liquidation is called into question. Various problem areas are identified and the procedure is evaluated in terms of its legal efficiency. The focal point of the evaluation is the question of how solutions suitable for daily practice can be applied
