Sommario/riassunto: This book seeks to provide a clear picture of recent developments in drug trafficking in the Americas. Through analysis and empirical data, this study shows that the War on Drugs, declared by Reagan in 1982, has been ineffective at best and, at worst, has created major negative consequences for countries throughout the region.
