ThismeantthattheLOPSTR2000ProgramCommitteewasalsotheCL2000 ProgramCommitteeforProgramDevelopment,andassuchhadtherespon- bilityforallProgramDevelopmentsubmissionstoCL2000,inadditiontothe usualLOPSTRabstracts. Asaresult,therewere18talksattheworkshop,with 2 fourpapersappearingintheproceedingsofCL2000, and14abstractsinthe 3 LOPSTR2000pre-proceedings. Inthisvolumewehavepapersbasedontenof theabstracts.
