• Sommario/riassunto: Das Handbuch für die energetische Sanierung von historischen Gebäuden basiert auf bauphysikalischen Prinzipien und berücksichtigt zugleich die Kriterien zur Erhaltung von historischer Bausubstanz. In einem holistischen Ansatz werden, von der ersten Diagnose bis hin zu klaren und pragmatisch gestalteten Interventionen, drei Grundsätze des energieeffizienten Gebäudes verwoben: Erhaltung der historischen Bausubstanz, Nutzerkomfort und Energieeffizienz. Mit Konstruktionsbeispielen, umfangreichen Berechnungen und Ergebnissen von Messreihen, die anhand von acht Best-Practice-Fallstudien erstellt wurden, ist das Handbuch ein unverzichtbares Instrument für die Instandsetzung und energetische Ertüchtigung von historischen Gebäuden.
