• Sommario/riassunto: The volume, the result of a new methodology of investigation on the experiences and experiences of healthcare personnel engaged in pediatric oncology, collects the result of individual interviews, carried out with each unit of the nursing and technical medical staff, in the Pediatric Oncology Department of the University Hospital. of Padua and the Giannina Gaslini Institute of Genoa. The results of these interviews, carried out by qualified personnel and previously prepared by an open questionnaire scheme, were analysed and subsequently exposed to the healthcare team. The results of the two experiences, extraordinarily qualifying for the excellence of the clients, are compared and discussed here,
