A message from Lieutenant-Generall Cromwell to Major Generall Monroe about putting to death 4000. Scots prisoners. A letter sent by a committee-man from the E. of Norwich, drums beating, and colours flying. The surrender of Deale castle in Kent to Colnell Rich, and Colonell Hewson
