In Senate of the United States, May 10, 1826. Mr. White made the following report: The Committee of Foreign Relations, to whom was referred the memorials of certain underwriters and others, of Philadelphia and Baltimore, stating that the amount provided by treaty with Spain for indemnity to claimants against the government of Spain was insufficient .
