| Sommario/riassunto: | The manual provides the student of Economics and Business Management with an overview of the fundamental contents of the problems related to the creation, governance and management of an enterprises, considered as a systemic union of three constitutive structures (the ownership structure, the entrepreneurial structure and the operational framework). The viewing point is the one of the entrepreneurial top. In particular, the government and management areas are the object of study, with regard to medium-sized industrial companies that deal with conditions of physiological normality (or of a non-pathological state).
