• Sommario/riassunto: This volume contains the lectures of the 2nd Family Law Forum in Göttingen, July 2nd, 2011. Major topic is Child Safety Law and the threats of child's well-being.; Vor dem Hintergrund jüngst abgeschlossener und bevorstehender Gesetzesnovellen erörterten ausgewählte Experten aus Wissenschaft, Politik und Praxis verschiedene Problemschwerpunkte: Zum einen wurde die anstehende Novellierung des Sorgerechts nicht miteinander verheirateter Eltern thematisiert und nach Lösungen für den Umgang mit dem Umgangsboykott gesucht. Dabei eröffnete die interdisziplinäre und rechtsvergleichende Annährung an die aufgeworfenen Probleme neue Perspektiven. Zum anderen wurden die nur wenige Tage nach der Veranstaltung abgeschlossene Vormundschaftsrechtsreform sowie das inzwischen ebenfalls in Kraft getretene Bundeskinderschutzgesetz einer kritischen Würdigung unterzogen. Die Veranstaltung endete mit einer kritischen Zwischenbilanz zum kindschaftsrechtlichen Verfahren nach dem FamFG, das die Praxis vor zahlreiche Probleme stellt.; The present volume contains the papers of the 2nd Family Law Forum Göttingen of July 2, 2011, which dealt with current problems of the law of children. Against the background of recently completed and forthcoming amendments to the law, selected experts from science, politics and practice discussed various issues: On the one hand, the pending amendment to the custody of unmarried parents was discussed and solutions sought to deal with the boycott of dealing with them. The interdisciplinary and comparative legal approach to the problems raised opened up new perspectives. On the other hand, the legal guardianship reform completed just a few days after the event, as well as the Federal Child Protection Act, which has meanwhile also entered into force, were given a critical appraisal. The event ended with a critical interim review of the child-legal procedure under the FamFG, which poses numerous problems for the practice. Volume 12 of the series "Göttinger Juristische Schriften" The series is published by the Law Faculty of the Georg-August-Universität and makes events at the faculty accessible to an interested public.
