Diese Neuedition berichtigt eine Reihe von Fehlern der Ausgabe von Klostermann (1902) und bezieht neue Quellen für die Textetablierung mit ein. |

Based on Biblical texts and the works of ancient authors, the Onomasticon is still the starting point for establishing the localization of ancient cities.
