Cf. Wing (2nd ed., 1994) B349.; Copy at reel 2988:20 is an improved copy over that state with the printer's name and address on two lines which is on reel 51 identified as B349.; Reproduction of original in the Newberry Library (reel 2301:10) and Queen's College (University of Oxford).
