Sommario/riassunto: | The 20th century witnessed a vast proliferation of conceptions of sin in Christian thought. One hallmark thereof has been an increased emphasis on the non-individualistic dimensions of human sin. It is suggested here that there have been two primary types of rejections of individualism in doctrines of sin in the last half-century, the "structural sin" type and the "relational self" type.
