A declaration to the free-born people of England [[electronic resource] ] : concerning the government of the Common-wealth; shewing, that the law and courts of justice, are the scales of a nation, and ought to be the keyes for opening of prison doors. Likewise a remonstrance to the people, touching the grand writ of habeas corpus, for removing of a prisoner before the judges of the upper-bench at Westminster; and a legal plea for water of life, to revive a free English-man from the death of imprisonment
