Concerning the late treaty of peace in York-shire [[electronic resource] ] : Wherein they renounce the said agreement, as being very prejudiciall and dangerous to the whole kingdome, that any one county should stand as neuters, and withdraw themselves from the assistance of the rest. / / Die Martis, Octob. 4. 1642. Likewise his Majesties speech at Shrewesbury, on Michaelmas Eve last, to the gentry and commons of the county of Salop, there assembled
