Mr. Wright submitted the following report: The Committee on Finance, to which has been referred the report of the Secretary of the Treasury, in answer to a resolution of the Senate of the 4th instant, requiring him "to communicate to the Senate any authentic information he may recently have received, in respect to the modes of collecting, keeping, and disbursing public moneys in foreign countries" .
