Polyatomic molecules engineered to be sensitive to new fundamental particles and forces are a powerful platform to search for physics beyond the Standard Model. A major limitation to this application, as well as any other relying on the complete quantum control of complex polyatomic molecules, is that fully understanding them remains a research frontier. This thesis represents several major steps toward the goal of quantum control in complex molecules, including tailored laser-driven chemistry to enhance their production, high-resolution spectroscopy to understand their structure, including the critical role of symmetry, and successful implementation of coherent quantum control. This thesis lays the foundation for fundamental studies in nuclear physics, particle physics, and physical chemistry using engineered, quantum-controlled molecules. 410 0$aSpringer Theses, Recognizing Outstanding Ph.D. Research,$x2190-5061 606 $aAtoms 606 $aMetrology 606 $aParticles (Nuclear physics) 606 $aLow temperatures 606 $aParticles (Nuclear physics) 606 $aQuantum field theory 606 $aSpectrum analysis 606 $aMeasurement 606 $aMeasuring instruments 606 $aMetrology and Fundamental Constants 606 $aParticle Physics 606 $aLow Temperature Physics 606 $aElementary Particles, Quantum Field Theory 606 $aSpectroscopy 606 $aMeasurement Science and Instrumentation 615 0$aAtoms. 615 0$aMetrology. 615 0$aParticles (Nuclear physics) 615 0$aLow temperatures. 615 0$aParticles (Nuclear physics) 615 0$aQuantum field theory. 615 0$aSpectrum analysis. 615 0$aMeasurement. 615 0$aMeasuring instruments. 615 14$aMetrology and Fundamental Constants. 615 24$aParticle Physics. 615 24$aLow Temperature Physics. 615 24$aElementary Particles, Quantum Field Theory. 615 24$aSpectroscopy. 615 24$aMeasurement Science and Instrumentation. 676 $a539 676 $a530.8 700 $aJadbabaie$b Arian$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut$01821154 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9911003595703321 996 $aMeasuring Fundamental Symmetry Violation in Polyatomic Molecules$94384782 997 $aUNINA
