Deploying Article 31(3)(c) of the 1969 Vienna Convention an analytical framework is devised that examines ?the ecosystem approach? under international law through the prism of Article 20 of the UN Watercourses Convention. The analysis provides an enhanced normative scope and content for the UN Watercourses Convention?s approach to the obligation to preserve, taking into account contemporary developments in international law. The work demonstrates the full potential of the Vienna Convention?s Article 31(3)(c) as an integration tool in addressing the fragmentation of international law. 410 0$aInternational water law series ;$vVolume 2. 606 $aWatershed management$xLaw and legislation 606 $aEnvironmental law, International 606 $aInternational rivers 606 $aFreshwater ecology$xGovernment policy 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aWatershed management$xLaw and legislation. 615 0$aEnvironmental law, International. 615 0$aInternational rivers. 615 0$aFreshwater ecology$xGovernment policy. 676 $a346.04/69162 700 $aLee$b Jing$0919983 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910464035103321 996 $aPreservation of ecosystems of international watercourses and the integration of relevant rules an interpretative mechanism to address the fragmentation of international law$92063622 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01085nam a2200253 i 4500 001 991003411709707536 008 170929s2016 be b 001 0 bej d 020 $a9782503565781 035 $ab14329736-39ule_inst 040 $aDip. di Studi Umanistici$bita 082 0 $a189 100 1 $aAgostini, Igor$0298145 245 13$aLa démonstration de l'existence de Dieu :$bles conclusions de cinq voies de saint Thomas d'Aquin et la preuve a periori dans le thomisme du XVII siecle /$cIgor Agostini 264 1$aTournhout :$bBrepols,$c2016 300 $a704 p. ;$c24 cm 490 1 $aage of Descartes (The) =$aDescartes et son temps ;$v1 504 $aBibliografia: p. 655-690.
