It achieves high targeting accuracy for a relatively high level of poverty incidence. In 2013, the government of Georgia embarked on the revision of this program to ensure its continued effectiveness and to revise some of the parameters of the eligibility formula that could be subject to manipulation. In particular, the government was concerned about the subjective evaluation of social agents and about concealable goods giving room to abuses in terms of program eligibility. Continuous Improvement: Strengthening Georgia's Targeted Social Assistance Program assesses the technical work and the policy actions taken by the Georgian government during 2014 and 2015. It covers the full cycle of the reform of a social assistance program, from establishing the objectives to the design of compensation measures that minimize the number of newly ineligible beneficiaries. In particular, it describes the revision of the PMT formula, the introduction of a scheme of benefits that decreases with the score and an associated assistance program for children, the pretesting of the new formula, and the design of compensation measures. The report also includes a chapter with specific recommendations for Georgia to consider in its efforts to improve its system of social protection and labor. 410 0$aWorld Bank e-Library. 606 $aSocial security$zUnited States 607 $aGeorgia (Republic)$2fast 615 0$aSocial security 676 $a368.4300973 700 $aBaum$b Tinatin$01807181 702 $aMshvidobadze$b Anastasia 702 $aPosadas$b Josefina 801 0$bDJBF 801 1$bDJBF 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910975185703321 996 $aContinuous Improvement$94356758 997 $aUNINA LEADER 03895nam 22008655 450 001 9910973289403321 005 20240508222058.0 010 $a9786611361396 010 $a9781281361394 010 $a1281361399 010 $a9780230601895 010 $a0230601898 024 7 $a10.1057/9780230601895 035 $a(CKB)1000000000342526 035 $a(EBL)308014 035 $a(OCoLC)315809034 035 $a(SSID)ssj0001659874 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)16439835 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001659874 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)14989205 035 $a(PQKB)10815383 035 $a(SSID)ssj0000216695 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11185755 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000216695 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)10198778 035 $a(PQKB)11445672 035 $a(DE-He213)978-0-230-60189-5 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC308014 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL308014 035 $a(CaPaEBR)ebr10172641 035 $a(CaONFJC)MIL136139 035 $a(Perlego)3506889 035 $a(EXLCZ)991000000000342526 100 $a20151222d2006 u| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aOther Renaissances $eA New Approach to World Literature /$fedited by B.
