CONCLUSION""; ""References"" 330 3 $aThe study examines the effect of health care reform in Bulgaria in 1999 on the equity of health care financing. It explores the distribution of different types of health care financing by income. Furthermore, it separates the financial and social reasons for these differences, dividing them into economic and social inequalities. It suggests a method of distinguishing between financially based and "exclusion based" reasons for having progressive/regressive health care financing. Moreover, it looks at the social factors that shape health expenditure patterns and identifies those social characteristics that lead to exclusion from the health care system. 410 0$aIMF Working Papers; Working Paper ;$vNo. 2006/285 606 $aHealth insurance$zBulgaria$xEconometric models 606 $aHealth care reform$zBulgaria$xEconometric models 606 $aMedical policy$zBulgaria$xEconometric models 606 $aAggregate Factor Income Distribution$2imf 606 $aAnalysis of Health Care Markets$2imf 606 $aExpenditures, Public$2imf 606 $aHealth care spending$2imf 606 $aHealth care$2imf 606 $aHealth Policy$2imf 606 $aHealth systems & services$2imf 606 $aIncome distribution$2imf 606 $aIncome inequality$2imf 606 $aIncome$2imf 606 $aMacroeconomics$2imf 606 $aMedical care$2imf 606 $aNational Government Expenditures and Health$2imf 606 $aPersonal income$2imf 606 $aPersonal Income, Wealth, and Their Distributions$2imf 606 $aPublic finance & taxation$2imf 606 $aPublic Finance$2imf 607 $aBulgaria$2imf 615 0$aHealth insurance$xEconometric models. 615 0$aHealth care reform$xEconometric models. 615 0$aMedical policy$xEconometric models. 615 7$aAggregate Factor Income Distribution 615 7$aAnalysis of Health Care Markets 615 7$aExpenditures, Public 615 7$aHealth care spending 615 7$aHealth care 615 7$aHealth Policy 615 7$aHealth systems & services 615 7$aIncome distribution 615 7$aIncome inequality 615 7$aIncome 615 7$aMacroeconomics 615 7$aMedical care 615 7$aNational Government Expenditures and Health 615 7$aPersonal income 615 7$aPersonal Income, Wealth, and Their Distributions 615 7$aPublic finance & taxation 615 7$aPublic Finance 700 $aMarkova$b Nora$01815813 712 02$aIMF Institute. 801 0$bDcWaIMF 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910955020403321 996 $aHow Does the Introduction of Health Insurance Change the Equity of Health Care Provision in Bulgaria$94371340 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01487nam 22003853 450 001 9911054605103321 005 20260116080317.0 010 $a3-032-07417-7 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC32483429 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL32483429 035 $a(CKB)44962467900041 035 $a(EXLCZ)9944962467900041 100 $a20260116d2025 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurcnu|||||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 14$aThe Making and Meanings of a Computing Reference Work $eExploring the Encyclopedia of Computer Science 205 $a1st ed. 210 1$aCham :$cSpringer,$d2025. 210 4$d©2026. 215 $a1 online resource (135 pages) 225 1 $aSpringerBriefs in History of Computing Series 311 08$a3-032-07416-9 330 $aThis manuscript is about an artifact, the Encyclopedia of Computer Science (ECS).From the time that computer science was mature enough to have its own reference book until printed reference books began to be eclipsed by online products--that is, roughly the final quarter of the 20th century--ECS was the premiere reference work for this field. 410 0$aSpringerBriefs in History of Computing Series 700 $aAspray$b William$025460 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9911054605103321 996 $aThe Making and Meanings of a Computing Reference Work$94529758 997 $aUNINA
