At the same time, the JEP is also at the centre of public controversies surrounding the Colombian peace process and is facing a series of legal and political challenges in its daily work. In this sense, the JEP generates a continuous need for consultation, discussion and research. The articles in this volume aim to contribute to a better understanding of the JEP and to identify further necessary research avenues on this topic. At the same time, we hope to contribute to the still limited research on the Colombian peace process and the JEP in the English language. 410 0$aStudien zu Lateinamerika ;$vBand 44. 606 $aJustice, Administration of$zColombia 615 0$aJustice, Administration of 676 $a347.861 701 $aAmbos$b Kai$0318742 701 $aPeters$b Stefan$c(Social scientist)$01371157 801 0$bNjHacI 801 1$bNjHacl 906 $aBOOK 912 $a996540327703316 996 $aTransitional justice in Colombia$93400013 997 $aUNISA
