It was as usual sponsored by Ada-Europe, the European federation of national Ada societies, in cooperation with ACM SIG Ada. It was organized by members of the School of Engineering of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto, in collaboration with several colleagues from different institutions in Europe. Following the usual style, the conference included a three-day technical p- gram, during which the papers contained in these proceedings were presented, bracketed by two tutorial days where attendants had the opportunity to catch up on a variety of topics related to the field, at both introductory and advanced levels. Continuing the success achieved in the previous year, the technical program also included an industrial track, with contributions illustrating challenges faced and solutions encountered by industrialists from both sides of the Atlantic. Furthermore, the conference was accompanied by an exhibition where vendors presented their products for supporting reliable-software development. 410 0$aProgramming and Software Engineering ;$v4006 517 3 $aAda-Europe'06 606 $aSoftware engineering 606 $aComputer programming 606 $aProgramming languages (Electronic computers) 606 $aComputer communication systems 606 $aSpecial purpose computers 606 $aManagement information systems 606 $aComputer science 606 $aSoftware Engineering$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I14029 606 $aProgramming Techniques$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I14010 606 $aProgramming Languages, Compilers, Interpreters$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I14037 606 $aComputer Communication Networks$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I13022 606 $aSpecial Purpose and Application-Based Systems$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I13030 606 $aManagement of Computing and Information Systems$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I24067 615 0$aSoftware engineering. 615 0$aComputer programming. 615 0$aProgramming languages (Electronic computers). 615 0$aComputer communication systems. 615 0$aSpecial purpose computers. 615 0$aManagement information systems. 615 0$aComputer science. 615 14$aSoftware Engineering. 615 24$aProgramming Techniques. 615 24$aProgramming Languages, Compilers, Interpreters. 615 24$aComputer Communication Networks. 615 24$aSpecial Purpose and Application-Based Systems. 615 24$aManagement of Computing and Information Systems. 676 $a005.1/4 702 $aPinho$b Luís Miguel$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 702 $aGonzález Harbour$b Michael$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 712 12$aAda-Europe International Conference on Reliable Software Technologies 906 $aBOOK 912 $a996465523603316 996 $aReliable Software Technologies – Ada-Europe 2006$9772604 997 $aUNISA
