Fuzzy cooperative coevolution is a methodology for constructing systems able to accurately predict the outcome of a decision-making process, while providing an understandable explanation of the underlying reasoning. The central contribution of this work is the use of an advanced evolutionary technique, cooperative coevolution, for dealing with the simultaneous design of connective and operational parameters. Cooperative coevolution overcomes several limitations exhibited by other standard evolutionary approaches. The applicability of fuzzy cooperative coevolution is validated by modeling the decision processes of three real-world problems, an iris data benchmark problem and two problems from breast cancer diagnosis. 410 0$aLecture Notes in Computer Science,$x0302-9743 ;$v3204 606 $aComputers 606 $aMathematical logic 606 $aArtificial intelligence 606 $aComputation by Abstract Devices$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I16013 606 $aMathematical Logic and Formal Languages$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I16048 606 $aArtificial Intelligence$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I21000 615 0$aComputers. 615 0$aMathematical logic. 615 0$aArtificial intelligence. 615 14$aComputation by Abstract Devices. 615 24$aMathematical Logic and Formal Languages. 615 24$aArtificial Intelligence. 676 $a511.3223 700 $aPen?a Reyes$b Carlos Andre?s$0600491 702 $aPeña-Reyes$b Carlos Andrés$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a996465487003316 996 $aCoevolutionary fuzzy modeling$91023381 997 $aUNISA LEADER 03173nam 2200637Ia 450 001 9910784390103321 005 20230829003336.0 010 $a1-280-74476-6 010 $a9786610744763 010 $a0-8261-6966-X 035 $a(CKB)1000000000346150 035 $a(EBL)291323 035 $a(OCoLC)123907510 035 $a(SSID)ssj0000151260 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11160706 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000151260 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)10317482 035 $a(PQKB)11067803 035 $a(OCoLC)648197355 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL291323 035 $a(CaPaEBR)ebr10171388 035 $a(CaONFJC)MIL74476 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC291323 035 $a(EXLCZ)991000000000346150 100 $a20060308d2006 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 00$aEvidence-based behavioral health practices for older adults$b[electronic resource] $ea guide to implementation /$fedited by Sue Levkoff ...
