The major themes can be divided into the broad categories of hardware, software, algorithms and applications for parallel computing. The objective of Euro-Par is to provide a forum within which to promote the development of parallel computing both as an industrial technique and an academic discipline, extending the frontier of both the state of the art and the state of the practice. This is particularly - portant at a time when parallel computing is undergoing strong and sustained development and experiencing real industrial take-up. The main audience for, and participants at, Euro-Par are seen as researchers in academic departments, government laboratories and industrial organizations. Euro-Par?s objective is to be the primary choice of such professionals for the presentation of new - sults in their speci?c areas. Euro-Par also targets applications demonstrating the e?ectiveness of parallelism. This year?s Euro-Par conference was the tenth in the conference series. The previous Euro-Par conferences took place in Sto- holm, Lyon, Passau, Southampton, Toulouse, Munich, Manchester, Paderborn and Klagenfurt. Next year the conference will take place in Lisbon. Euro-Par has a permanent Web site hosting the aims, the organization structure details as well as all the conference history:http://www. europar. org. 410 0$aLecture Notes in Computer Science,$x0302-9743 ;$v3149 606 $aComputer communication systems 606 $aMicroprocessors 606 $aComputer organization 606 $aSoftware engineering 606 $aComputers 606 $aNumerical analysis 606 $aComputer Communication Networks$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I13022 606 $aProcessor Architectures$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I13014 606 $aComputer Systems Organization and Communication Networks$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I13006 606 $aSoftware Engineering/Programming and Operating Systems$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I14002 606 $aTheory of Computation$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I16005 606 $aNumeric Computing$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I1701X 615 0$aComputer communication systems. 615 0$aMicroprocessors. 615 0$aComputer organization. 615 0$aSoftware engineering. 615 0$aComputers. 615 0$aNumerical analysis. 615 14$aComputer Communication Networks. 615 24$aProcessor Architectures. 615 24$aComputer Systems Organization and Communication Networks. 615 24$aSoftware Engineering/Programming and Operating Systems. 615 24$aTheory of Computation. 615 24$aNumeric Computing. 676 $a004.35 702 $aDanelutto$b Marco$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 702 $aVanneschi$b Marco$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 702 $aLaforenza$b Domenico$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 712 02$aUniversita? di Pisa.$bDipartimento di informatica. 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a996465431003316 996 $aEuro-Par 2004 Parallel Processing$91935980 997 $aUNISA
