MELT is a forum for the state-of-the-art technologies in mobile localization and tracking and novel applications of location-based services. The research contributions in these proceedings cover significant aspects of localization and tracking of mobile devices that include techniques suitable for smart phones and mobile sensor networks in both outdoor and indoor environments using diverse sensors and radio signals. Novel theoretical methods, algorithmic design and analysis, application development, and experimental studies are presented in 14 papers that were reviewed carefully by the program committee. In addition, three invited papers, with topics on location determination using RF systems, Cramer-Rao-Bound analysis for indoor localization and approaches targeting mobile sensor networks, are also included in the proceedings. 410 0$aInformation Systems and Applications, incl. This volume includes thirty-eight of the sixty-some prophetic tracts that she published. Inspired to prophecy by a visionary experience in 1625, the year of Charles I's accession to the throne, she devoted herself to warning her contemporaries that the Day of Judgement was imminent. Her zeal and her intricately constructed tracts confounded contemporaries who called her mad. She experienced repeated imprisonment and also confinement to Bedlam, London's mental hospital. 410 0$aWomen Writers in English 1350-1850 606 $aProphecies 606 $aChristianity$xProphets 615 0$aProphecies. 615 0$aChristianity$xProphets. 676 $a231.7 676 $a248.2/9 700 $aDavies$b Eleanor$01470047 701 $aCope$b Esther S$01470048 801 0$bAU-PeEL 801 1$bAU-PeEL 801 2$bAU-PeEL 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910784844403321 996 $aProphetic writings of Lady Eleanor Davies$93681717 997 $aUNINA
