The author stresses the aspects of complex analysis that are most important for the student planning to study algebraic geometry and related topics. The exposition is rigorous but elementary: abstract notions are introduced only if they are really indispensable. This approach provides a motivation for the reader to digest more abstract definitions (e.g., those of sheaves or line bundles, which are not mentioned in the book) when he/she is ready for that level of abstraction indeed. In the chapter on Riemann surfaces, several key results on compact Riemann surfaces are stated and proved in the first nontrivial case, i.e. that of elliptic curves. 410 0$aMoscow Lectures,$x2522-0314 ;$v6 606 $aFunctions of complex variables 606 $aGeometry, Algebraic 615 0$aFunctions of complex variables. 615 0$aGeometry, Algebraic. 676 $a515.9 700 $aLvovski$b Serge$0849327 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a996418184503316 996 $aPrinciples of Complex Analysis$91896821 997 $aUNISA LEADER 01351nam0 22003131i 450 001 UON00225571 005 20231205103435.244 010 $a90-420-0370-7 100 $a20030730d1998 |0itac50 ba 101 $aeng 102 $aNL 105 $a||||0 ||||| 200 1 $aˆThe ‰pure language of the heart$esentimentalism in the Netherlands, 1775-1800$fAnnemieke Meijer 210 $aAmsterdam$aAtlanta$cRodopi$d1998 215 $a197 p.$d23 cm 410 1$1001UON00176278$12001 $aText$estudies in comparative literature$1210 $aAmsterdam$aAtlanta$cRodopi$v14 606 $aLETTERATURA COMPARATA$xSec. 18.$3UONC041300$2FI 606 $aSENTIMENTALISMO$xOlanda$xSec. 18.$3UONC048326$2FI 606 $aCRITICA LETTERARIA$x1775-1800$3UONC048327$2FI 620 $aNL$dAmsterdam$3UONL001817 676 $a809.933$cLetteratura con specifiche caratteristiche. A Scottish poet, novelist, biographer, and editor, he began in 1893 to write critically and commercially successful books under the name Fiona Macleod who became far more than a pseudonym. Enlisting his sister to provide the Macleod handwriting, he used the voluminous Fiona correspondence to fashion a distinctive personality for a talented, but remote and publicity-shy woman. Sometimes she was his cousin and other times his lover, and whenever suspicions arose, he vehemently denied he was Fiona. For more than a decade he duped not only the general public but such literary luminaries as George Meredith, Thomas Hardy, Henry James, William Butler Yeats, and E. C. Stedman. 517 $aWilliam Sharp and ?Fiona Macleod? 606 $aAuthors, Scottish$y19th century$vBiography 606 $aAuthors, Scottish 606 $aLiterary forgeries and mystifications 615 0$aAuthors, Scottish 615 0$aAuthors, Scottish. 615 0$aLiterary forgeries and mystifications. 676 $a828.709 700 $aHalloran$b William F$0864518 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910975243103321 996 $aWilliam Sharp and Fiona Macleod$92833231 997 $aUNINA LEADER 03603nam 22006855 450 001 9910366592803321 005 20251113205240.0 010 $a3-030-25253-1 024 7 $a10.1007/978-3-030-25253-3 035 $a(CKB)4100000009375064 035 $a(DE-He213)978-3-030-25253-3 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC5906301 035 $a(PPN)269169350 035 $a(EXLCZ)994100000009375064 100 $a20190926d2020 u| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurnn|008mamaa 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 10$aNew Results in Numerical and Experimental Fluid Mechanics XII $eContributions to the 21st STAB/DGLR Symposium, Darmstadt, Germany, 2018 /$fedited by Andreas Dillmann, Gerd Heller, Ewald Krämer, Claus Wagner, Cameron Tropea, Suad Jakirli? 205 $a1st ed. 2020. 210 1$aCham :$cSpringer International Publishing :$cImprint: Springer,$d2020. 215 $a1 online resource (XVII, 867 p. 627 illus., 475 illus. in color.) 225 1 $aNotes on Numerical Fluid Mechanics and Multidisciplinary Design,$x1860-0824 ;$v142 311 08$a3-030-25252-3 330 $aThis book gathers contributions to the 21st biannual symposium of the German Aerospace Aerodynamics Association (STAB) and the German Society for Aeronautics and Astronautics (DGLR). The individual chapters reflect ongoing research conducted by the STAB members in the field of numerical and experimental fluid mechanics and aerodynamics, mainly for (but not limited to) aerospace applications, and cover both nationally and EC-funded projects. Special emphasis is given to collaborative research projects conducted by German scientists and engineers from universities, research-establishments and industries. By addressing a number of cutting-edge applications, together with the relevant physical and mathematics fundamentals, the book provides readers with a comprehensive overview of the current research work in the field. The book?s primary emphasis is on aerodynamic research in aeronautics and astronautics, and in ground transportation and energy as well. 410 0$aNotes on Numerical Fluid Mechanics and Multidisciplinary Design,$x1860-0824 ;$v142 606 $aFluid mechanics 606 $aContinuum mechanics 606 $aAerospace engineering 606 $aAstronautics 606 $aEngines 606 $aEngineering Fluid Dynamics 606 $aContinuum Mechanics 606 $aAerospace Technology and Astronautics 606 $aEngine Technology 615 0$aFluid mechanics. 615 0$aContinuum mechanics. 615 0$aAerospace engineering. 615 0$aAstronautics. 615 0$aEngines. 615 14$aEngineering Fluid Dynamics. 615 24$aContinuum Mechanics. 615 24$aAerospace Technology and Astronautics. 615 24$aEngine Technology. 676 $a620.1064 702 $aDillmann$b Andreas$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 702 $aHeller$b Gerd$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 702 $aKrämer$b Ewald$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 702 $aWagner$b Claus$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 702 $aTropea$b Cameron$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 702 $aJakirli?$b Suad$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910366592803321 996 $aNew Results in Numerical and Experimental Fluid Mechanics XII$92227045 997 $aUNINA
