Justices to fix prices. This Act for 3 yers expired, was revived 2 Wm. III for 7 years from 1 December 1690. Newcastle colliers allowed to have foreign sailors. Lord Mayor and Aldermen to enforce this Act and to report to Privy Council April 18." -- Steele.
