Together with certain instructions for the lord-lieutenants, deputy-lieutenants, and other officers and commanders in the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridge, Isle of Ely, Hartford, and county of the city of Norwich. As also, the resolution and association of the aforesaid counties.
