A typical framework of mobility data-based urban traffic monitoring is also presented, and it describes the processes of mobility data collection, data processing, traffic modelling, and some practical issues of applying the models for urban traffic monitoring. This book presents three novel mobility data-driven urban traffic monitoring approaches. First, to attack the challenge of mobility data sparsity, the authors propose a compressive sensing-based urban traffic monitoring approach. This solution mines the traffic correlation at the road network scale and exploits the compressive sensing theory to recover traffic conditions of the whole road network from sparse traffic samplings. Second, the authors have compared the traffic estimation performances between linear and nonlinear traffic correlation models and proposed a dynamical non-linear traffic correlation modelling-based urban traffic monitoring approach. To address the challenge of involved huge computation overheads, the approach adapts the traffic modelling and estimations tasks to Apache Spark, a popular parallel computing framework. Third, in addition to mobility data collected by the public transit systems, the authors present a crowdsensing-based urban traffic monitoring approach. The proposal exploits the lightweight mobility data collected from participatory bus riders to recover traffic statuses through careful data processing and analysis. Last but not the least, the book points out some future research directions, which can further improve the accuracy and efficiency of mobility data-driven urban traffic monitoring at large scale. This book targets researchers, computer scientists, and engineers, who are interested in the research areas of intelligent transportation systems (ITS), urban computing, big data analytic, and Internet of Things (IoT). Advanced level students studying these topics benefit from this book as well. 410 0$aSpringerBriefs in Computer Science,$x2191-5768 606 $aTraffic monitoring$xData processing 615 0$aTraffic monitoring$xData processing. 676 $a388.3140723 700 $aLiu$b Zhidan$0853153 702 $aWu$b Kaishun 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a996464394903316 996 $aMobility Data-Driven Urban Traffic Monitoring$91905054 997 $aUNISA LEADER 01957nam 2200445Ia 450 001 996388835903316 005 20221108043012.0 035 $a(CKB)1000000000636731 035 $a(EEBO)2240902650 035 $a(OCoLC)9920382800971 035 $a(EXLCZ)991000000000636731 100 $a19910712d1558 uy | 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurbn||||a|bb| 200 10$aIn this booke is conteyned the offyce of shyryffes, baylyffes of lybertyes, escheatours, constables, and coroners, and sheweth what euery one of them maye do by vertue of these offices$b[electronic resource] $edrawen oute of bookes of the commen lawe and of the statutes 210 $a[London] $cImprinted at London, in Crede Lane, by John King$d[1558?] 215 $a[159] p 300 $aExtracted from "The new book of justices of peace" of Sir Anthony Fitzherbert which is a translation of: Office et auctoryte des iustyces de peas.--Cf. Gathering innovative design concepts for thrust chambers and nozzles, as well as cutting-edge methods of aft-body flow control and propulsion-component cooling, it brings together fundamental research undertaken at universities, testing carried out at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and industrial developments from the ArianeGroup. With a particular focus on heat transfer analyses and novel cooling concepts for thermally highly loaded structures, the book highlights the aft-body flow of the space transportation system and its interaction with the nozzle flow, which are especially critical during the early phase of atmospheric ascent. Moreover, it describes virtual demonstrators for combustion chambers and nozzles, and discusses their industrial applicability. As such, it is a timely resource for researchers, graduate students and practitioners. . 410 0$aNotes on Numerical Fluid Mechanics and Multidisciplinary Design,$x1860-0824 ;$v146 606 $aFluid mechanics 606 $aAerospace engineering 606 $aAstronautics 606 $aBuilding materials 606 $aEngineering Fluid Dynamics 606 $aAerospace Technology and Astronautics 606 $aStructural Materials 615 0$aFluid mechanics. 615 0$aAerospace engineering. 615 0$aAstronautics. 615 0$aBuilding materials. 615 14$aEngineering Fluid Dynamics. 615 24$aAerospace Technology and Astronautics. 615 24$aStructural Materials. 676 $a620.1064 686 $aTEC002000$aTEC009070$aTEC021000$2bisacsh 700 $aAdams$b Nikolaus A$01830640 702 $aAdams$b Nikolaus A. 702 $aSchröder$b Wolfgang 702 $aRadespiel$b Rolf 702 $aHaidn$b Oskar J. 702 $aSattelmayer$b Thomas 702 $aStemmer$b Christian 702 $aWeigand$b Bernhard 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bOD$ 912 $a9910424948303321 996 $aFuture Space-Transport-System Components under High Thermal and Mechanical Loads$94401126 997 $aUNINA
