Conclusion --$tAuthor Biographies --$tIndex 330 $aHow are intergenerational relationships playing out in the digital rhythms of the household? Through extensive fieldwork in Tokyo, Shanghai and Melbourne, this book ethnographically explores how households are being understood, articulated and defined by digital media practices. It explores the rise of self-tracking, quantified self and informal practices of care at distance as part of contemporary household dynamics. 410 0$aMediaMatters 606 $aDigital media$xSocial aspects 606 $aCOMPUTERS / Interactive & Multimedia$2bisacsh 610 $aLocative media. 610 $ahouseholds. 610 $ainformal care. 610 $amobile media. 610 $aself-tracking. 615 0$aDigital media$xSocial aspects. 615 7$aCOMPUTERS / Interactive & Multimedia. 700 $aHjorth$b Larissa$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut$0901003 702 $aKato$b Fumitoshi$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut 702 $aOhashi$b Kana$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut 702 $aPink$b Sarah$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut 702 $aSinanan$b Jolynna$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut 702 $aZhou$b Baohua$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut 801 0$bDE-B1597 801 1$bDE-B1597 906 $aBOOK 912 $a996359643303316 996 $aDigital Media Practices in Households$92013957 997 $aUNISA LEADER 04063nam 22006255 450 001 9910422649503321 005 20250602091744.0 010 $a3-030-47306-6 024 7 $a10.1007/978-3-030-47306-8 035 $a(CKB)4100000011435667 035 $a(DE-He213)978-3-030-47306-8 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC6348300 035 $a(PPN)258065028 035 $a(iGPub)SPNA0069865 035 $a(EXLCZ)994100000011435667 100 $a20200909d2020 u| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurnn#008mamaa 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 10$aAccelerated Plant Breeding, Volume 3 $eFood Legumes /$fedited by Satbir Singh Gosal, Shabir Hussain Wani 205 $a1st ed. 2020. 210 1$aCham :$cSpringer International Publishing :$cImprint: Springer,$d2020. 215 $a1 online resource (XVII, 430 p. 40 illus., 31 illus. in color.) 311 08$a3-030-47305-8 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references and index. 327 $aForeword -- Preface -- Efficient Breeding of Pulse Crops -- Advances in Chickpea Breeding and Genomics for Varietal Development and Traits Improvement in India -- Conventional and Biotechnological Approaches for Trait Targeted Improvement in Lentil -- Updates Pigeonpea Breeding and Genomics for Yield Improvement in India -- "Genomics-Assisted Breeding Green Gram (Vigna radiata (L.) Conventional plant breeding methods aiming at the improvement of a self-pollinating crop, such as wheat, usually take 10-12 years to develop and release of the new variety. During the past 10 years, significant advances have been made and accelerated methods have been developed for precision breeding and early release of crop varieties. The proposed volume work thus plans to summarize concepts dealing with germplasm enhancement and development of improved varieties based on innovative methodologies that include doubled haploidy, marker assisted selection, marker assisted background selection, genetic mapping, genomic selection, high-throughput genotyping, high-throughput phenotyping, mutation breeding, reverse breeding, transgenic breeding, shuttle breeding, speed breeding, low cost high-throughput field phenotyping, etc. It will be an important reference with special focus on accelerated development of improved crop varieties. 606 $aPlant biotechnology 606 $aPlant genetics 606 $aNutrition 606 $aAgriculture 606 $aPlant Biotechnology 606 $aPlant Genetics 606 $aNutrition 606 $aAgriculture 615 0$aPlant biotechnology. 615 0$aPlant genetics. 615 0$aNutrition. 615 0$aAgriculture. 615 14$aPlant Biotechnology. 615 24$aPlant Genetics. 615 24$aNutrition. 615 24$aAgriculture. 676 $a635.65 702 $aGosal$b Satbir Singh 702 $aWani$b Shabir Hussain 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910422649503321 996 $aAccelerated Plant Breeding, Volume 3$94403619 997 $aUNINA
